Mission Statement

Members of the South Orange County Regional Consortium work collaboratively to provide the highest level of instruction, student support, and guidance for programs that promote exploration and empower students to overcome challenges, attain high-demand skills, increase earning capacity, and contribute to the overall growth of our community.

Vision Statement

The South Orange County Regional Consortium seeks to provide inclusive and accessible instructional programs that enhance students’ knowledge and skills in a meaningful way that contributes to our diverse community.
